Payroll Clerk
Workover Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Paryoll Clerk to perform a variety of payroll and benefits tasks. The Payroll Clerk responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll within the WOS payroll system, ensuring timekeeping methods are kept up to date, and ensuring employee records are kept up to date within the payroll system. To be successful in the role, the candidate should be well organized, have great time management skills, an understanding of payroll processes, and be adept at communicating quickly and effectively with various levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees in WOS payroll software (Paylocity).
· Monitor timesheets within WOS software to ensure proper approvals.
· Reconcile and maintain bonuses and commissions when appropriate.
· Ensure accurate database of benefits and retirement accounts is maintained within WOS payroll software.
· Deal with questions regarding payroll from employees and management.
· Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
· Ensure quarter end and year end reports are accurate and correct.
· Distribute annual payroll documents to employees if necessary.
· Assist Accounting in posting payroll period data into ERP system.
· Assist management in ad hoc payroll reports.
Requirements
Requirements
· High school diploma required; BS or BA in Accounting/Business preferred.
· Ability to organize a daily workload by priority.
· Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the company.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.
· In-depth understanding of MS Office Suite.
